14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (or a sole trader buying for non-professional purposes) you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to return
- Sign in and open the order under Orders → Return, or send a withdrawal statement to lumeboutiq@gmail.com.
- Pack the unused items securely.
- Send them back within 14 days of declaring withdrawal to:

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery we offer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, and we may withhold the refund until the goods reach us.
Reduced value
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
What can't be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (Art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights).
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, file a complaint at lumeboutiq@gmail.com — see section 7 of the Terms & Conditions. We respond within 14 days.
