We dispatch orders Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Poznań. Order before 14:00 CET for same-day dispatch.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and VAT. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Choose DDP at checkout (where available) to prepay duties in advance.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery or photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at orders@lume-boutique.com.pl. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund the same day.
