Where we ship
We deliver within Poland only.
Methods & times
We dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. The courier's transit time (usually 1–2 business days) is added to this.

The delivery fee for each method is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery is free on orders over €200 (shown in your selected currency).
Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched we e-mail you a tracking link. You can also see live status in Account → Orders.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (payment to the courier on receipt) is available within Poland.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at lumeboutiq@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
