Lume is a private company headquartered in Poznań, Poland. We're founder-led, profitable since 2023, and have not raised institutional equity.

Cap table

The company is held by its two founders (74%), a small group of friends-and-family seed backers from 2022 (16%), and an employee option pool (10%). We have not engaged with venture capital and do not plan to in the medium term.

Strategy

  • Build the catalogue. From 500 designers to 800 by end-2027, with a particular focus on Eastern and Northern European houses underrepresented on Western platforms.
  • Open one physical concept space per year. Poznań is open; Warsaw opens in autumn 2026; Berlin or Vienna in 2027.
  • Stay profitable. Growth without margin is not on the table.
