Where's my order?

The fastest way to check is in your account.

  1. Sign in at the top right.
  2. Open Orders.
  3. Pick the order and look for the tracking link next to the courier name.

Don't have an account? Use the track link in your dispatch email — it goes directly to the courier's tracking page.

Order statuses, explained

Status What it means
Payment received Your payment cleared. We're allocating stock from our warehouse.
Preparing Your items are being picked, quality-checked, and wrapped.
Dispatched The courier has collected the parcel. Tracking is live.
Out for delivery The courier expects to deliver today.
Delivered Marked delivered by the courier. Reach out within 48 hours if you didn't receive it.
Return requested You've opened a return — keep the prepaid label handy.
Refunded Refund issued. Banks post within 3–7 business days.

Couriers sometimes take up to 6 hours to register a parcel after collection. If the link still shows nothing after a day, email orders@lume-boutique.com.pl with your order number and we'll investigate.
